Clock Lane House, a development of 11 apartments located on Sussex Street in the heart of Dun Laoghaire, has been completed and is ready for occupation by its new tenants, Sophia Housing. The project, situated in a former credit union building, underwent a comprehensive refurbishment by Winterbrook. This renovation included the addition of an extra floor, resulting in the transformation of the old structure into eleven stunning one and two-bedroom apartments.
