Abbot’s Grove will close it show houses this weekend, as all of the units in the first two phases are now sold. Winterbrook Ltd, launched large new stunning duplex homes in late November, which sold out in one weekend. This was assisted by the promotional offer up for grabs, whereby the first four purchasers of these units received a design consultation with Optimise Design, and €1,000 worth of furniture from BoConcept!
Phase 3 of the development will launch early 2017, where large 3 & 4 bedroom homes will come to the market.
