Winterbrook have lodged a new SHD planning application for it’s site at Harbour Road, Dalkey, Co.Dublin. The scheme has been re-designed by Henry J Lyons Architects with a sea-side feel and comprises 105 apartments.
The scheme is located on Harbour Road between Bullock Harbour and Dalkey Village and has been designed with the provision of 105 apartments across two residential buildings over five storeys. The two proposed residential buildings are linked by a central, south-facing amenity space.The material palette proposed is inspired by it’s maritime location and includes accents of an off-white brick tough wearing concrete and tactile timber.
Orientated parallel to the sea, the scheme is inspired by maritime Victorian terraces and the orientation optimises the availability of daylight to each of the apartments and to the outdoor spaces.
With stunning views at upper levels of the Irish Sea and to the Dublin Mountains and being just eight minutes walk to Dalkey Village, this is truly a special development.
