Contract signing for the delivery of 80 affordable homes at Highpoint Park with Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council

Winterbrook is developing 80 new affordable homes at Highpoint Park, Leopardstown, in partnership with Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council — a significant milestone for the development.

The project, approved earlier this year through the Part 8 planning process, will deliver 80 modern homes across two blocks, comprising one-, two- and three-bedroom units. Designed to support a diverse range of households, the development will form a sustainable, well-connected community located between Leopardstown Road and the M50, with strong public transport links.

Highpoint Park is being progressed through the Council’s EU Competitive Dialogue procurement process and is supported by funding from the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage under the Affordable Housing Fund. The scheme reflects a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient homes on public land.

Commenting on the contract signing, Conor Rhatigan, Managing Director of Winterbrook Ltd., said: “Winterbrook is pleased to partner with Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown County Council on the delivery of 80 affordable homes at Highpoint Park. This project is the result of a highly collaborative process, and we value the confidence placed in us to deliver high-quality homes that will make a real difference for local families.”

Construction is scheduled to commence shortly, with completion expected by mid-2028.
