Winterbrook has submitted a planning application to Fingal County Council for a new residential scheme, Somerville, located on Thormanby Road, Howth, D13.

Positioned along the eastern edge of the Howth Peninsula, the site fronts onto Thormanby Road, just south of Howth Village. Designed by the innovative architecture firm Metropolitan Workshop, the proposed development has been carefully designed to respond sensitively to its surroundings, respecting both the existing built context and the natural landscape, while delivering homes of exceptional quality.

True to Winterbrook’s ethos, the scheme integrates strong architectural design with advanced construction techniques and contemporary features, resulting in a distinctive and thoughtfully designed residential offering.

The planning application comprises 17 three- and four-bedroom houses alongside 10 one- and two-bedroom apartments, providing a balanced mix of high-quality homes in a highly sought-after coastal location.
